Firm Overview

Working for the Individual

At Williams Law LLC, we help individuals reclaim their rights in the workplace and places of public accommodation.

Federal and State Laws provide protection from discrimination, harassment and retaliation based upon race, sex, age, disability or national origin. When those rights are violated, an individual can suffer loss of self esteem and dignity, become depressed and suffer emotional distress and lose their livelihood. Our principal attorney, Michael Williams, is an experienced trial attorney who spent 12 years representing large, medium and small businesses accused of violating civil rights laws.  Now Mr. Williams uses that experience to help victims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation regain their peace of mind, their dignity and their  livelihood.

Many victims of discrimination, harassment or retaliation do not realize that in many cases their claims must be raised in the proper forum within a statutorily mandated time frame. In many cases, ‘statues of limitations’ on workplace mistreatment laws require complaints be made to the appropriate agency within a very limited period. Thus, it is imperative that individuals suspecting they have been subjected to illegal acts get quality legal advice as soon as possible. That’s why at Williams Law LLC, initial consultations are always free.

We are compassionate and attentive to our clients’ needs.  Our attorneys pride themselves on being hard working, knowledgeable and tireless advocates. We are dedicated to supportive, personalized service that meets the needs of each individual client.
